What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

Hello doctor my ecg observations are as H-R 74 bpm, R-R 810 ms,P-R 144 ms,Qrs 110ms ,QT/QTC 340/378 ms, p axis 36°,R axis 31°,T axis 17° and indications are HR normal ,normal sinus rythm,normal electric heart axis ...do it need to worry?..or things are ok? Please suggest...my age is 33 yea rs height 5 4 weight 84 kg, and iam non smoker.

I really appreciate your concern, ideally the whole strip of EKG tracing need to be read and it is not the some reading will give you some clue as long as the abnormality are concern and it is all the leads need to be correlate with each other, second clinical condition is also matters the great till then given report can be treated as within normal limits hope this information helps.
