What Does This Echocardiogram Report Indicate?

My echo result was concentric LVH, EF 68%, and I have Left axis deviation of -30 with poor R wave progression I wonder why my doctor says I don t need any treatment, just observe. What is there to observe? I already have hypertension with a strong family history. What should I do.

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
This is actually caused by hypertension, there is hypertrophy of heart ventricle but ejection fraction is normal and there is no need for treatemnt at this point nor for new medications.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
