What Does This Chest Radiology Test Result In 5 Year Old Indicate?

My 5 year old kid chest pa is this: streaky densities seen in both perihilar area. Heart is not enlarged. Diaphragm and bonythorax are unremarkable. Impression : consider interstitial pneumonia, lateral view is suggested pls explain further to me tnx.

as per the xray findings mentioned here , suggest some sort of lung infection.

The radiologist has suggested another xray to have a more clear view of the lungs from the sides .

These findings will be interpreted in more better way if given the symptoms of your child illness , and if the report of any blood test if done during this time .
