What Does This Chest Xray Report Indicate?

Hello. My daughter is 22 yrs. old. She is 46 kls. & 5 1 in height. I want to know the result of her Xray. What does it mean? Can you please: CHEST PA. FIBRONODULAR DENSITY IS SEEN THE LEFT UPPER LOBE. THERE IS A FAIMDT NEDULAR DENSITY IN THE LEFT LOWER LOBE. HEART IS NOT ENLARGE. DIAPHRAGM ARE INTACT.Impression:Left upper lobe density, probably kochs in etiology. Suggest spot view with nipple marker with further evolution of the left lower lobe.

Fibronodular density in left upper lobe has many differentials.
1. Pulmonary tuberculosis also known as Kochs infection
2. Malignant lesion
3. other infections
upper lobe involvement is specific with tuberculosis. Spot view with nipple marker is a compressed view to distinguish between lung lesions and breast lesions.
