What Does This Chest X-ray Report Signify?

Good day doc! Im 40 never had TB or any lung problems. i was hospitalized 6 months ago and my xray was ok. When i had my xray 2 weeks ago the result goes like this, suspicious densities in the upper left lungs. small calcifi density in the right lower lung region which may represent granuloma formation. im really worried. i dont smoke and its been a long time since i had cough that is why i kept thinking about it

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your X-ray report showing granuloma, like density in X-ray. So rule out tuberculosis by sputum examination for acid-fast bacilli.

If needed than genexpert study or culture can be done. If TB positive than AKT given and according to sputum report further workup planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
