Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Recently I went through chest X-RAY and the report said i have broncho-vacular marking with prominent hilar shadows and scattered opacities in both middle and right lower zones. I have a history of Tuberculosis three years back and I smoke. Please guide me how serious is my problem and how it can be cured.
Please get your recent X-ray compared with a previous X-ray taken more than 6 months back. If the lung opacities do nor match completely then you might have a lung infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Vivek Chail, Radiologist
