What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

My mom chest x- ray came with the following findings: Lucent lung as in COPD or emphysema No parenchymal consolidated, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Right apical haziness is non specific. Fibrotic strands in the lingula. Difusse bilaterial interstetial pulmonary opacity predominant in the left lower lung zones most commonly represent chronic interstetial lung disease. Concomitant atypical pneumonia or pulmonary vascular congestion not excluded. Osteopenic bones.
