General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, this report is showing suspicion of chronic chest infection like tuberculosis, etc and should be evaluated further preferably by HRCT chest, as well as blood work up like blood counts and ESR.

Sputum if any should be sent for cultures as well as AFB and if not bronchoscopy and lavage cuoturi may be needed. A pulmonologist review is needed for clinical correlation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
