Hi dear , I have gone through your question and i understand your concern. As per history provided your being examined for TB and OTHER LUNG AND HEART related issues also.
If you have any symptoms like cough, expectoration, fever, pleuritic chest pain, dyspnea then you need further investigations like sputum,ESR and HRCT CT chest and physician's opinion for TB.

If you do not have any symptoms at present then you need not to worry as these changes are seen in old healed chest infection like pneumonia or tuberculosis.

Hope you find the answer helpful, please do get back for further queries I will be happy to assist you. Please rate 5 stars if I clarified you & you find some benefits with this information it will ignite me to help more.
Wishing your good health.
