What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

X ray chest pa report says Right sided diaphragmatic hump noted Both lung fields and hila are normal No obvious active pleuro-parenchymal lesion seen Both costophrenic and cardiophrenic angles are clear Both diaphragms are normal in position and contour Thoracic wall and soft tissues appear normal What does the right sided diaphragmatic hump noted mean ??

I really appreciate your concern, such diaphragmatic hump could be due to intestinal or gastric distention and this is nothing to worry some time it could be due to full gastric region (Distension) it does not indicates any lung disease, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
