What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi first chest ex ray showed moderate to severe upper lobe emphysema 2nd ex ray 6 months later didn t mention emphysema but said left costophrenic angle remains blunted I get told different things from doctors puffers don t seem to help much I m an ex smoker 62 years old thank you

I really appreciate your concern, clinical condition is matter of concern if this is asymptomatic then no need to worry about this, in other word such xray report need to be correlated with clinical conditions, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
