What Does This Cervical Spine MRI Report Indicate?

my Cervical Spine MRI reads There is a broad-based posterior disk bulge with a slightly more focal left posterior paracentral protrusion which asymentrically effaces the left anterior subarachnoid space and contacts the left ventral cord. The foramina are patent. The central canal does remain within normal limts. Can you interpret this for me, please.
