What Does This Brain MRI Test Result Indicate?

MRI scan report says mild rounding of hippocampi with partial effacement of head digitations.Minimal prominence of temporal horns seen. Scattered tiny bilateral fronto-parietal subcortical FLAIR hyperintense signals.Tiny FLAIR hyperintense signsl is also seen in the right frontal and left parietal periventricular regions. Kindly interpret and let me know what it means

Regarding your MRI report that demonstrate mild rounding of the hippocampus with partial effacement mild prominence of temporal horns scattered bilateral frontoparietal flair and hyperintense flair at the right frontal and left parietal perpendicular region

I am suggesting that have developed the following disorders
Mild Intracranial tumor
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
Multiple sclerosis

Please see a neurologist specialist for clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug treatment
