Had a MRI-MRA done and the result : on MRA Bilateral distal internal carotid arteries and basilar are patent. There is mild ectasia of the proximal left anterior cerebral artery without evidence of a discreate aneury. There is a fetal origin of the right posterior cerebral artery consistent with a congenital variant abnormal. Proximal portion of the anterior, middle and posterior cerebral arteries are fairly well patent.
