What Does This Brain MRI Results Indicate?

My wife, recently had a brain problem. Brain MRI shows impression as follows. No demonstarble abnormality seen in brain parenchyma. Evidence of thrombus seen involving right sigmoid and transverse sinus seen extending up to torcula and also seen in the ipsilateral proximal IJV.

This is saying there is a blood clot in the large veins in the head.

This is a cerebral venous thrombosis, and often treated with blood thinners.
