Hi... I have gone through the reports. But there is no information about the clinical condition of the patient or for what this investigations had been ordered.

From the reports which you have written it seems to me like it is an iron deficiency anaemia and vitamin D deficiency also. He needs iron supplements and Vitamin D supplements. I suggest you get back to your pediatrician regarding this.
