What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

Just had regular blood work done..Cmp hemogram .. Everything normal except anion gap is low 6.0 ...a/g ratio calc low 1.59 ...mono number high 0.68 ...mean platelet volume high 12.0 .. What would cause this ? Should I be concerned I haven t discussed results with my doctor yet 26 year old healthy female none smoker good shape 128 lbs

I really appreciate your concern, the routine blood test always needs to be correlated with the clinical condition for which the test being done,, you have not mentioned the clinical history here without this routine test can not be interpreted and it seems to be normal one in absence of clinical history hope this information helps.
