Hello

Lymphocytosis(increased lymphocyte count)may be due to many causes like viral, bacterial infection, malignancy etc.
Since other blood parameters are normal,it may be due to viral infection in your baby's case.
This condition generally require symptomatic treatment only.
It will reverse with treatment of underlying cause.

Other factors are normal. You shouldn't worry at all.

You may consult pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation.

Get well soon.
Take Care
