hi,
thanks for the brief history of you. since your blood reports are turned out normal it is a good sign that nothing much abnormal you are facing. as per my daily interaction with patients and especially females what I could understand is the age is the factor here. You told you are 45. so at this age you will have a little fluctuation in your hormones as it is the ageing factor where the hormones fluctuate in most of the females at this age. You need to focus on having a good diet which included
proteins and milk on a routine basis. Since the need of protein in the body is very important for the muscle fibers and brain tissue as well. Along with this the need for milk is to provide you calcium which get reduce due to
hormonal imbalance in females at most times.
focussing on taking regular sun baths for the vitamin D as, sun is the only natural form provider of vitamin D which is easily adaptable by body without any side effects.
along with all this I request you to do some regular exercises under the guidance in a group therapy. which will help boost your
metabolism, immune system, improve your energy levels too.
the most beneficial thing happens in group exercise class is the motivation and improved psychological status of the mind.
I have been doing the same plan of action with most of my patients and we have turned around much well with positive results in 90% of cases.
with the grace of God I wish you a good health and a healthy active life.
