Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Liver function tests are used to evaluate the functioning of the liver and at times gall bladder.Normal values vary from one laboratory to another.From you results, there is an increase in liver enzymes suggesting a liver problem to investigate. ALK PHOS on the other hand is instead low which is not compatible with findings in cases of most liver problems.Low Alk Phos is found in malnutrition which could be caused by celiac disease or deficiency in vitamins and minerals.However, the increases and decreases are borderline and may not necessarily mean serious problems.Investigation however will still be very important. Given the pains, i will suggest you get an abdominal ultrasound and see a Doctor for initial evaluation.Other liver oriented tests like hepatitis test may also be useful here.I will advise you drink enough water, avoid smoking and alcohol and see your Doctor for evaluation.Pain medications like ibuprofen may help relief your pains.
