What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

My last bloodwork showed total cholesterol of 119, HDL of 51 and LDL of 54 and triglicerides of 63. I am 67 years old and am 5 10 , weigh 189 and exercise for at least 45 minutes 5 or 6 times per week. My Dr. says I am ok, but the chart from the lab said cholesterol should be at least 125. Should I be concerned?

Hello,
I would take ur weight as 189 pounds as its not mentioned.
Your lipid profile is absolute normal. You need not worry that your cholesterol is less than the range given in your report.
Hdl which is the good cholesterol is high which is good.
All other parameters are normal.
You excercise which is a good thing which maintains the cholesterols within normal limits.
Increase the fibre intake in your diet.considering your age i advise you undergo a few basic tests if you havent got them done in last six months or so.
