What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I am a 52 year old female with Rheumatoid Arthritis and had recent blood work done. I had Neutrophil Segmented Petcent of 81.6 and a Lymphocyte Percent, Automated of 13.3. Cortisol at 3 and TSH of .397 that is close to the low end. What could this indicate?
