Hi,
Thanks for writing in HCM.

What you have posted is the report of lipid profile and a liver enzyme SGPT report.

Looking at your lipid profile, it appears that you are having values of Total Cholesterol and Triglyceride values very high.
Even bad cholesterol as we call LDL cholesterol is also high and at the same time good Cholesterol HDL levels are moderately low.
As a result of which, even the ratios of these lipids have been altered.

Liver enzyme SGPT is also increased and indicates mild liver dysfunction.

From this report, following things needs to be done as you have a risk of cardiovascular disease and also liver dysfunction.
1. You need to quit smoking completely.
2. Continue with liv52 what you are consuming, but control your diet by avoiding oily and junk foods.
3. Exercise regularly by going brisk walk twice a day - in the morning and evening for 20 minutes each.
4. Repeat the lipid profile and liver function test after 6 months to see for the improvement.

If the levels remain the same or further increase, you need proper evaluation and treatment with drugs from a Physician.

Hope the information provided would be useful.
Wish you all the best.
