What Does This Blood Report Mean?

Hello, I am a 52 yr old woman and I live in France. I've just had some blood result back which I don't understand.

Transaminases GOT (ASAT)° 67 UI/1 Ref (15-41)
Transaminases GPT (ALAT)° 121 UI/1 (inf-54)
Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase° 111 UI/1 (5-38)

Cholesterol Total ° 6.06mmol/1 (inf-5.17)
Method enzymatique 2.35 g/l (inf-2.00)
HDL 2.61 (sup-0.90)
method dosage direct du HDLc 1,01 g/l (sup-0.35)
Triglycycerides 0.74 mmol/1 (inf-2.28)
Method Trinder enzymatique 0.65 g/l (inf-2)
LDL Cholesterol 3.11 mmol/1
Par calcul de Friedwald 1.21 g/l
Proteine C-Reactive° 10.7 mg/l (inf-10) last month it was I'm on Previscan and Levrothyrox and my INR is 2.31 which is fine.
TSH ultra sensible 2.6mUI/1 (0.35-4.94)

I'd be grateful if you could advise me on these results. Thank you

Thanks for writing to HCM

Increased ALAT,GGT indicates liver injury.It is most likely due to dyslipidemia.
It is important to know bilirubin level,viral markers and alcohol history.Ultrasound of abdomen should be done.

You should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.It will help in regeneration of liver cells.

You should take tablet Atorvastatin 10 mg once daily at night after dinner.
You should reduce your weight if you are overweight.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
Cook food in olive or canola oil.
You should take limited salt in your diet.
You should completely avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take these things
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.You should also increase your physical activity in the form of walking and exercise.
