Hello,

Your neutrophils count is slight low. So, your report is suggestive of neutropenia. I need to know your total WBC count and peripheral smear examination report for giving more comment.

Usually, basophils not seen in smear but you have 2% count. Hence, provide me reports as attachment for giving more comment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
