General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Compare your report with normal report:

WBC: 4.5-13.5__________________________4.8

NEUTROPHILS: 60-70%________________61.0%

LYMPHOCYTES: 20-25%______________28.3%

EOSINOPHIL: 2-4%__________________0.2%

MONOCYTE: 3-8%__________________10.3%

So there is slight rise in lymphocyte and monocyte. It could be due to viral infection. Report should be correlated with the symptoms present. If fever is present, take paracetamol. Take proper rest, give lots of fluid to drink, and give healthy diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar
