What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

HI, In my latest blood test, I have got the following results as - BASOPHIL = 2.6 H RBC =4.5 L MPV = 13.3 H All other test values are with in reference ranges. Please inform what should I do or eat to bring above elements within the specified range. Thanks

Eat more salad,fruits and liver
And if you want to take medicine use
Tab folic acid 5mg daily for 1 month
And cap polybion 1 cap daily for 1 month
