What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

My daughter is 29 years old with Sx of lethargy, fatigue and CBC: WBC 3.1, RBC 3.50, Hgb 11.3, Hct 32.4, Plt 148, Lymphs 50.8, & Neutrophil abs. of 1.27. These values are slightly lower that normal, but she is very concerned. Our family Hx is positive for Thrombocytopenia, Leukemia, Stroke, MI, anemia, Increased Triglycerides & Cholesterol, Hemochromotosis, HTN, Heart Disease, & Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is scheduled to see a Rheumatologist soon. Besides Anemia, Autoimmune Disease, and CA, are there anything else we should be concerned about? Thank you for your help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
i appreciate your health concerns
In this lab report WBC and platelets are lower along with HB. This need to be correlated clinically. It should be interpreted in light of clinical history and examination. Since you haven't provided adequate history , in my opinion you should seek Hematologist advice for proper workup.
Meanwhile stay calm and use good nutritional food with multivitamins.
Hope it helps
