Hi welcome to the health care magic Let me know you here you have positive history of lung cancer and it has been spread to the bone... Means bony metastasis present So prognosis is poor You need to complete prescribed chemotherapy medications... Take healthy and balanced diet As spine and iliac Crest affected you might suffer from severe pain for which if needed than tramadol can be prescribed sos Consult oncosurgeon for examination and further work up Take care
