What Does This Below Blood Tests Indicate?

hi doctors,
i have a son (age 5y5m, w : 26kg, h:112cm) who diagnose with micropenis (length :3cm). To continue with treatmen, the doctor needs blood test and bone age radiology which is took place 2 days ago. For the blood result there are few things that showed un normal condition. They are : gamma Gt 28 (normal value less than 23), cholesterol ldl direct 104 (normal less than 100). For the bone age result : based on statistic Greulich W.W S, l Pyle his bone age is 3 years and 6 month and the comment says that my son look like a retarded boy.
My questions are : 1. could you please explain to me what indication could be from his tests (gamma gt and cholesterol ldl), 2. My son looks perfectly normal, smart boy to me, but why from the radiology bone age test the result says like that?, 3. What should we do for his micropenis treatmen? I'll much appreciate if you can answer me before our next visit to our doctor this afternoon. Thanks and regards,

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The test reports show that the LDL cholesterol level is high in your son.
The probable cause of elevated LDL cholesterol appears to be a congenital abnormality in lipid metabolism.
The level of gamma GT is also high.
This has to be interpreted along with other liver function tests.
Thus, overall there is suspicion of a metabolic disorder in your son.
The problem of micropenis along with less age on radiology is suggestive of growth retardation or arrest in growth of your son.
Your son is of course best and smartest boy for you but there are certain features which raise the possibility that your son may not be growing properly.
A syndrome is suspected based on the characters described by you.
A syndrome is a group of clinical features commonly caused by chromosomal or genetic mutation.
Further management can be planned once a diagnosis is made.
You will need to consult an urologist and cosmetic surgeon for correction of micropenis.

Thanks and take care
