What Does This Apicolordotic X-ray Result Indicate?

Hi! I just got the result of my Apicolordotic Xray. And the finding was: Fibronodular densities in the right upper lobe which maybe Kochs in etiology. Suggest clinical correlation Is this something that I need to be bothered. Does this mean I m not fit to work? Do I need to do additional tests? Thanks! And more power.

x-ray is not confirmative for diagnosis of kochks. more confirmative is sputum for afb, and blood hemogram.
