What should I do? ABDOMEN: Again identified is hepatic fatty infiltration. No solid hepatic or spine mass is seen. The hepatic and portal veins are patent and there is no bile duct dilation. The gallbladder, pancreas, aorta, and adrenal glands are unremarkable. Renal enhancement is symmetric and normal. There is a right renal mid pole simple cyst which measures 13 mm diameter.

The abdominal ultrasound shows fatty infiltration of liver. Fatty liver occur due to alcohol consumption, diabetes, obesity, malnutrition etc. Abstinence from alcohol, diabetes control and managing malnutrition or obesity will reverse fatty changes in liver.
