Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

The findings reported by you suggest problems relating to your kidneys and this is can=using fluid retention. The kidney sizes are slightly lesser than normal. Your creatinine levels are important and need to be followed regularly. There is little accumulation of fluid around your heart and in the chest on both sides.

Also there is fluid in the abdomen. I suggest you to follow your nephrologist regularly and also think of options like a kidney transplant from someone among your family members. A timely kidney transplant can do wonders to you and your family.
