What Does This X-ray Report Signify?

what does Disc space narrowing is present at L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1.Superior endplate softening is present at L2 vertebral body. Marked facet arthropathy is present posteriorly. There is a dextroscoliosis noted at the lumbar spine with the apex at L3. Rotatory component is present to the scoliosis.

this x ray report sugges that you are suffering from arthropathy, i will assume it to be osteoarthritis since you have not mentioned your age or associated disease factors. scoliosis means that you have a curve in your spine which again can be due to arthropathy.
