What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi Doc. Last 02/28 my colleague xray findings suspicious opacities at both apices then advised apicolordotic view, then last Mar 26 he had again xray the findings apicolordotic view shows no active parenchymal infiltrates can you please tell us what this means. Thank you
