What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

On my x-ra they said that I have pseudoarthrosis of the left transverse process of L5 of the left sacral ala, but the one that was really hurting was my right side. is that possible that the pseudoarthrosis was left transverse process of L5 and the pain is on my right side?

The x-ray is not a good modality to evaluate spine and cord. Most likely the disease may be bilateral. Get a MRI of lumbar spine region.
