Mild degenerative changes of the bilateral sacroiliac joints. No erosion or periosteal reaction. Mild degenerative changes of the bilateral hips. What does that mean

Mild degenerative changes are present in both your si joints and hip joints and this is probably the reason for your back pain.
This means the process of degeneration started in your si and hip joints and may need to take preventive measures to stop progression
