What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

I was diagnosed through x-ray 3 weeks ago with bone spurs in c2-c7 vertabrae, prescribed 3 pain medications and 2 muscle relaxers but still having headaches, doctor requested MRI but insurance company refused twice and referred to a physical therapist. Physical therapist is requesting MRI to rule out nerve damage and/or even cranial damage. Any suggestions or options?

HI, thanks four using healthcare magic

IF the physiotherapist contacted the insurance agency and added her voice to the need for an MRI, then it may be possible that they may decide to do this.

You may also need to contact the company to determine what criteria are required for them to do this imaging test.

I hope this helps
