General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello.
please report are you having any cough or fever?
pleural thickening and accumulation of pleural fluid is suggestive of an infection of which tb is one of them.

please get a blood examination which includes
TLC
DlC
ESR

and a mantoux test to rule out tb.

also report if you are having any other symptoms.
take care
