I have had 2 wet preps in the past 6 months, both showing a vaginal pH pH of 5.0, and 10-25 WBC, no clue cells, no yeast, everything else has been negative.I have been tested for every STD there possibly is, the only thing that was abnormal was my PAP smear which showed LSIL with slight dysplasia. Dr said this could be just normal for me, or the pH could be affected by large amounts of sugar in my diet, and that WBC are sometimes normal in wet preps.I am a med tech so I know WBC usually point toward infection. I am at a loss here.Any thoughts
