What Does This TORCH Test Result Indicate?

hello sir
My nephew
age 35 days male
Gen examination: icterus present
palpation: massive hepatomegaly & massive splenomegaly
LFT:
total bilirubin 11.4
direct bilirubin : 4
indirect bilirubin: 7.4

Ultrasound : normal size of lliver and spleen but gall bladder appears to be small
probably BILIARY ATRESIA - SUGGESTED HIDA Scan

TORCH test: Positive for cytomegalo virus and rubella virus
this is case history in short, kindly suggest me probable diagnosis or treatment course to be undertaken.

Thanks for posting your query in HCM
After studying in detail,your nephew lab reports are suggesting that she is having hepatitis because of cytomegalovirus and rubella infection.
Along with this as he has been diagnosed as having biliary atresia,all his liver function tests reports have been deranged.

He needs to consult a hepatobiliary specialist as soon as possible for confirmation of diagnosis and further intervention.
