What Does This SGPT Level While On Tenofovir For Hepatitis B Indicate?

I am suffering from chronic hepatitis b. Viral load is less than 20 since last three years but my sgpt level is showing 50 and sgpt level is 32. Bilirubin is .60 Doctor has prescribed Tenofovir Disoproxil for treatment of hepatitis b lifetime to be taken once a day. Why is sgpt above normal? (Normal upto 44)

I really appreciate your concern, if you are doing well no symptoms are there then no need to worry about this in my opinion symptoms are more important than the test results hope this information helps.
