General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The inflammation is obscuring the field vision in prepared pap smear.

The malignant cells are not mentioned in report.

So don't worry about that.

I suggest you investigate with ultrasonography of pelvis and swab culture if discharge is present.

Your pap smear report is not dangerous.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
