What Does This PET-CT Scan Report Indicate?

I was recently diagnosed with primary apocrine cancer of left axilla. PET CT -ve for distant disease or mets but SLNB positive that required Level 1 clearance with 3 out of 11 positive nodes. Post op Radiation to left axilla including supra clavicular region total of 60 G was done. What should be done in terms of follow up
