pls explain Minimally FDG avid mass noted within the right upper lobe axial image #86, measuring 1.6 cm, not significantly changed compared to the prior study. This has a maximum SUV of 0.9. There is a nodular area of scarring noted within the right upper lobe, axial image #80, maximum SUV of 1.0 without change. There is irregular scarring noted within the right apex and right upper lobe, similar to compared to prior study, FDG negative
