can you explain bone marrow adema with increased signal intensity in the intervening disc at L4-5 level needs to be further evaluated with contrast-enhanced MRI as discitis cannot be excluded and multilevel disc herniations are identified whach are worse at L4-5 and the significance of straightening at the lumbar spine

There is herniation of disc at the level of l4 and l5 ...it might causing back pain ....on standing n while walking...some time it causes sciatica...
