What Does This MRI Test Result Of Cervical Spine Indicate?

I was injured my neck at work about a year ago pulling a patient and they just recently took an mri of my cervical spine and showed disc osteophyte complex on c5/6 1-2 mm I have returned to work this feb with mild pain every so often, should I be worried?

I really appreciate your concern, you must be having some pain but this may not be due osteophyte that is being detected in MRI, if this is mild pain then this could be due to some muscular spasm but not because of the spinal disc changes, hope this information helps,, take care.
