General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear friend, thank you for your consultation.I have gone through your mother's CT Scan report of spine .some of the changes are almost normal with ages.there are some deviations from normal like C56 disc bulging indenting anterior thecal sac .but from day to day clinical experience I tell you your mother does not need a spinal surgery immediately.she should try some home regimen of physiotherapy to relieve pain.also you should consult a orthopaedician and a neurosurgeon for the next step of treatment.my best wishes for your mother.thank you.
