What Does This MRI Scan Finding Indicate?

Recent onset of headache, worst ever, lasted 10 days, went in for MRI and in the left frontal lobe white matter there is a single punctate 2 mm focus of T2 hyperintensity. No associated abnormality on any other sequence. This is non specific. I am 47 years old, should I go see a Neurologist?
