What Does This MRI Result For Persistent Back Pain Indicate?

Been having constant lower back pain since 2006 accident. Was first told L5-S1 has a bulging/herniated disc of 4mm. Pain won t leave, had another MRI saying now that L4-5: There is mild facet arthropathy and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. There is no significant spinal canal or neural foraminal stenosis. What does this mean.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the minimal degenerative disease of surrounding structure of spinal cord it is not causing much symptoms then it can be managed with conservative treatment, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
